- HelpMeLogin is not Edward Jones, U.S. Bank or a card issuer. This site holds no account, cannot see a balance and gives no financial advice.
- The legacy portal names no bank on its public pages. A cardholder cannot tell from card.edwardjonescreditcard.com who holds the debt, which makes an issuer-change email hard to sanity-check.
- No redemption value is published. Nothing reachable before sign-in states what a Loyalty Point is worth, so any cents-per-point figure quoted elsewhere was not read off a first-party page.
- Issuer changes are prime phishing weather. A real migration gives a fake letter cover. Type the address yourself and ring the number on the back of the card.
- The published lines are 866-874-6711 and 701-461-0219 collect from outside the US. A number arriving by text is not either of them.
The Edward Jones credit card changed hands on 3 November 2025. The bank puts it plainly: "The creditor and issuer of Edward Jones Mastercard credit cards is U.S. Bank National Association", issuing directly rather than through the Elan Financial Services brand that ran the programme from 2012. A Citi deal announced in 2023 never launched. No earn rate and no cents-per-point value is published anywhere a reader can reach without signing in.

What you need
11 itemsHow it works
Work out which side of 3 November 2025 your card sits on
Cards issued from that date carry the Everyday Solutions names and come from U.S. Bank National Association directly. Anything older came through the Elan Financial Services programme, and the two are reached differently.
Use the legacy portal if the old account still works
card.edwardjonescreditcard.com is live and still serving. Reaching it does not tell you who holds the debt, because the public pages there name no bank whatsoever.
Do not go looking for a points value, because none is published
The legacy portal markets "Shop with Loyalty Points!®" and mentions redeeming for Apple products. An earn rate is absent. A redemption rate is absent. No arithmetic can be shown, and none is invented here.
Read the firm's own page for the issuer name
edwardjones.com states it directly, and so does the bank's own release. That one sentence is the fastest way to settle an argument about who your card belongs to.
Ring the published line rather than a search result
866-874-6711 reaches Cardmember Service, and 701-461-0219 takes collect calls from outside the US. Both come off first-party pages.
If something goes wrong
I cannot tell who holds my card
- Cause
- The legacy portal names no bank
- Fix
- Public pages at card.edwardjonescreditcard.com carry no issuer name. Read the statement, or the firm's own credit cards page, which states that U.S. Bank National Association is the creditor and issuer.
I was told my card is an Elan card
- Cause
- That was true before 3 November 2025
- Fix
- Elan Financial Services, a U.S. Bancorp business, launched the programme in 2012. New cards from that date are issued by the bank directly under the Everyday Solutions names.
I read that Citi was taking over
- Cause
- That deal was announced and then abandoned
- Fix
- A partnership was announced in August 2023 and disbanded within months during a reorganisation. It never launched, and no Citi-issued Edward Jones card exists.
I want to know what my points are worth
- Cause
- No value is published
- Fix
- Neither an earn rate nor a redemption rate appears on any page reachable without signing in. The redemption screen inside the account is the only place a figure exists.
Will my old account move to a new card?
- Cause
- Nothing published says
- Fix
- Whether Elan-era accounts migrate is undisclosed. The bank's release does not address it and neither does edwardjones.com, so treat any confident answer elsewhere as unsourced.
What’s fixed, and what actually varies
The issuer question has a clean answer with a date on it. The rewards question has none, and those two states are worth keeping apart.
Fixed
- U.S. Bank National Association is the creditor and issuer today
- The new co-branded cards launched on 3 November 2025
- Elan Financial Services ran the original programme from 2012
- A Citi partnership announced in 2023 never launched
- card.edwardjonescreditcard.com is still live for legacy accounts
Varies
- Which product you hold, and therefore which portal serves it
- Whether an Elan-era account migrates, which nothing published states
- What a Loyalty Point is worth, which is disclosed nowhere public
Look at the front of the card for one of the Everyday Solutions names. Failing that, the statement will carry the creditor. The legacy portal will not tell you, and that is the point of this page.
How compares
Three U.S. Bank-adjacent addresses that readers arrive at expecting something other than what they find.
| Chain | Who is the creditor and issuer | Where the login sits | What the brand name hides |
|---|---|---|---|
| Edward Jones | U.S. Bank National Association, since 3 November 2025 | card.edwardjonescreditcard.com for legacy accounts | A portal that names no bank at all |
| Elan Financial Services | Elan, the agent-issuing arm of U.S. Bank | myaccountaccess.com | There is no bank called Elan |
| usbank.com/myoffer | U.S. Bank National Association | There is no login; it is a one-time offer form | A redemption page mistaken for an account |
Checked against first-party pages on 8 September 2026. Card programmes move between issuers without the plastic changing.
One bank sits behind all three rows and none of the three says so on the page a cardholder lands on first. Reading the statement rather than the portal is the reliable move.
Twelve years of Elan, one deal that never shipped, and a new bank on the plastic
Anybody searching this card is really asking one question: who has my debt? The answer changed recently enough that most published guides still have it wrong.
The sequence runs like this. Back in 2012 the original programme launched through Elan Financial Services, the agent-issuing arm of U.S. Bancorp that puts other companies' names on cards it issues itself. In August 2023 Edward Jones announced a partnership with Citi, reported at the time in the banking trade press. Within months Citi disbanded the programme during a reorganisation, with a spokesperson quoted saying the bank was "focusing our Wealth priorities on our core clients, businesses and products". Nothing shipped. By August 2024 the firm had formalised an arrangement with U.S. Bank instead, and on 3 November 2025 three co-branded cards launched: the Everyday Solutions Triple Rewards World Elite Mastercard, the Everyday Solutions Flex Balance Mastercard and the Everyday Solutions Business World Elite Mastercard.
The bank states the position plainly: "The creditor and issuer of Edward Jones Mastercard credit cards is U.S. Bank National Association". Note what changed there. Before, the issuing was done under the Elan brand. Now it is done in the bank's own name, which is a different thing from the same company doing the same job.
The awkward part is the portal that never went away. card.edwardjonescreditcard.com is still up and still serving legacy accounts, and its public pages name no bank anywhere on them. A cardholder who lands there learns nothing at all about who holds the balance. Two issuers can therefore sit behind one brand at the same time, and the reader cannot tell which one is theirs from the sign-in screen.
On rewards, the honest answer is a blank. That legacy portal markets "Shop with Loyalty Points!®" and mentions redeeming points for Apple products. It publishes no earn rate. It publishes no cents-per-point redemption value. Nothing reachable without signing in states either figure, so no arithmetic appears on this page. Whether Elan-era accounts migrate to the new products is undisclosed too, by the release and by the firm alike.
Questions people ask
Who issues the Edward Jones credit card?
U.S. Bank National Association, in the bank's own wording, issuing directly since the new cards launched on 3 November 2025.
Is it still an Elan card?
Not for the new products. Elan Financial Services ran the programme from 2012, and the Everyday Solutions cards come from the bank under its own name.
Did Citi ever issue this card?
No. A partnership was announced in August 2023 and disbanded within months during a reorganisation, before anything launched.
What are Edward Jones points worth?
Undisclosed. No earn rate and no cents-per-point value appears on any page reachable without signing in, so no figure is printed here.
Will my existing account be moved to a new card?
Undisclosed. Neither the bank's release nor edwardjones.com addresses migration, and nothing here fills that gap.
What is the phone number?
866-874-6711 for Cardmember Service, and 701-461-0219 for collect calls from outside the US.
