Bloomingdale’s Credit Card Login — the Issuer Is DSNB

Before you sign in or post a cheque
  • HelpMeLogin is not a bank and holds no accounts. This site cannot see a balance, take a payment or reset a password.
  • Type the sign-in host rather than searching for it. Retail card portals attract lookalike domains, and a fake sign-in box behaves like the real one until it keeps what you typed.
  • Check the PO box against your own statement every time. Two live boxes differ by two digits, and a cheque in the wrong one is a late payment nobody can see.
  • No issuer emails a link and asks for a full card number. Reach the account from the card in your hand or from bloomingdales.com/mycard.

The Bloomingdale's credit card login sits on Citi's retail platform at citiretailservices.citibankonline.com, and the issuer named in the retailer's own disclosures is Department Stores National Bank of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. DSNB is a Citi entity serviced through Citi Retail Services, so both answers are true at once. Nothing here changed hands. What catches people is the post: the store card and the American Express card use different PO boxes, two digits apart.

How it works

  1. Work out which of the two cards you hold

One is the Bloomingdale's Credit Card and the other is the Bloomingdale's American Express Card. Everything downstream, the payment address in particular, follows from that answer rather than from the retailer's name.

  2. Sign in on the Citi retail host

The address is citiretailservices.citibankonline.com with siteId=PLCN_BLOOMINGDALES. Citi runs its store card programmes there, separately from the ordinary consumer sign-in most people picture when they hear the word Citi.

  3. Treat bloomingdales.com/mycard as a doorway

It was still working on 8 September 2026 and it forwards to bloomingdales.com/my-credit/gateway. That gateway is a hub page. No sign-in box lives on it, which is why the old guide built around that address left readers a click short.

  4. Ring the line that matches the job

General credit card services is 1-800-950-0047. Payment services has its own number, 1-888-257-6762, and the accessible route is TTY 711. All three come from the retailer's live customer-service article.

  5. Copy the PO box off your statement before you post

Store card cheques go to PO Box 60703 in City of Industry or PO Box 71359 in Philadelphia. American Express card cheques go to PO Box 60705 or PO Box 71361. Couriered payments go to 400 White Clay Center Drive, Newark, DE 19711.

If something goes wrong

bloomingdales.com/mycard does not show me a sign-in box

Cause
It redirects to a gateway page, not to the portal
Fix
Follow through to the Citi Retail Services host. The gateway at bloomingdales.com/my-credit/gateway was live on 8 September 2026, and it links onward rather than signing you in.

The main Citi site cannot find my account

Cause
Store card programmes run on a separate platform
Fix
Use citiretailservices.citibankonline.com with siteId=PLCN_BLOOMINGDALES. The consumer sign-in and the retail-services sign-in are different doors into the same group.

My posted payment was late and I used the address I had on file

Cause
The two cards have different PO boxes
Fix
Store card cheques belong in PO Box 60703 or PO Box 71359. American Express card cheques belong in PO Box 60705 or PO Box 71361. Ring 1-888-257-6762 with the cheque number.

The number on the PDF I downloaded does not help

Cause
That document carries a 2015 revision code
Fix
1-866-470-8613 appears on the old disclosure and is not treated as current here. Use 1-800-950-0047, which the retailer publishes on a live page.

I need to send documents rather than a payment

Cause
Correspondence and remittance go to different places
Fix
The issuer is Department Stores National Bank at 701 E 60th St. N, Sioux Falls, SD 57104. Confirm on 1-800-950-0047 before posting anything with a deadline.

A courier will not deliver to a PO box

Cause
Overnight payments use a street address
Fix
Express payments go to 400 White Clay Center Drive, Newark, DE 19711. Ordinary post still goes to the box printed on your statement.

What’s fixed, and what actually varies

Three things hold whatever card you carry.

Fixed

  • Department Stores National Bank is the issuer of both products
  • Citi Retail Services runs the servicing and the sign-in host
  • 1-800-950-0047 and 1-888-257-6762 are the two published lines

Varies

  • Which of the four consumer PO boxes takes your cheque
  • Whether your card is the store card or the American Express version
  • Which coast your remittance box sits on, since California and Pennsylvania are both live
  • Whether an old disclosure PDF in your files still shows 1-866-470-8613

The remittance slip that came with your statement is the authority on where to post. It names one box, and that box belongs to your product.

How compares

One banking group, several legal entities and more than one sign-in host. Your agreement names the entity holding your account.

Three of these four share a host and one does not, so "it is a Citi card" never tells you which page to open.

One retailer, one banking group, and four boxes to get wrong

Ask who issues a Bloomingdale's card and you will get two answers that sound like a contradiction. Guides say Citi. The retailer's own credit disclosures name Department Stores National Bank of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Both are describing the same account, because DSNB is a Citi entity and Citi Retail Services runs the servicing, but only one of those names appears on a cardholder agreement, and it is the one people never search for.

Nothing about this changed recently. That is worth stating plainly in a market where half these pages exist because a bank did change. No transfer, no re-registration, no dead credentials.

Where the money actually goes wrong is the envelope. Bloomingdale's publishes four consumer remittance addresses on one page. The store card takes cheques at PO Box 60703 in City of Industry, California, or PO Box 71359 in Philadelphia. The American Express card takes them at PO Box 60705, or at PO Box 71361. Read those two California boxes again: 60703 and 60705. A cardholder who holds both products, or who once held the other one, is two digits away from a payment that sits in the wrong queue while the due date passes and the statement keeps saying nothing was received.

The old post this page replaces was built around bloomingdales.com/mycard, which still works. It forwarded to bloomingdales.com/my-credit/gateway on 8 September 2026. The gateway is a hub, so a reader expecting a password field finds a menu and assumes the address is broken.

One last piece of housekeeping. The DSNB disclosure the retailer still hosts carries a 2015 revision code, so the number inside it, 1-866-470-8613, is not presented here as current. The live customer-service article gives 1-800-950-0047 for general servicing and 1-888-257-6762 for payments, with TTY 711 alongside them.

Questions people ask

Department Stores National Bank, a Citi entity based at 701 E 60th St. N, Sioux Falls, SD 57104. Citi Retail Services handles the servicing.

Is it a Citi card or a DSNB card?

Both descriptions fit. DSNB is the named issuer on the retailer's disclosures, and Citi lists Bloomingdale's among its retail store cards.

Where is the Bloomingdale's credit card login?

At citiretailservices.citibankonline.com under siteId=PLCN_BLOOMINGDALES. That is a different host from the ordinary consumer sign-in.

Does bloomingdales.com/mycard still work?

It did on 8 September 2026, redirecting to bloomingdales.com/my-credit/gateway. That destination is a hub page rather than the sign-in itself.

What are the phone numbers?

1-800-950-0047 for credit card services and 1-888-257-6762 for payment services, with TTY 711 for the accessible line.

Which PO box takes my payment?

The store card uses PO Box 60703 in City of Industry or PO Box 71359 in Philadelphia. The Bloomingdale's American Express Card uses PO Box 60705 or PO Box 71361.

Where do overnight payments go?

400 White Clay Center Drive, Newark, DE 19711, which is a street address a courier will accept.

Why does the PDF I found give a different number?

The disclosure Bloomingdale's hosts carries a 2015 revision code, so 1-866-470-8613 on it is not treated as current on this page.
