- HelpMeLogin is not Bankers Life or CNO Financial Group. This site holds no credentials, cannot see a policy and cannot take a premium.
- Nothing here is a bank. No deposit, no loan, no branch. Anybody asking you to move money into a Bankers Life account is describing something that does not exist.
- Expect the sign-in to hand you to a second hostname. That hand-off is the company's own, and knowing it in advance stops a genuine page looking suspicious.
- Support answers on weekdays only. Calls run from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern, Monday to Friday, so an out-of-hours message asking you to ring an unfamiliar number deserves a second look.
The Bankers Life login is my.bankerslife.com, and it is a policyholder account rather than a bank account. Despite the name, Bankers Life is an insurance company. CNO Financial Group operates the portal, and the sign-in action posts to ecsso.mycno.com, a CNO host. A single set of credentials covers four separate carriers, so a Colonial Penn or Washington National policyholder signs in at a Bankers Life address. The published line is (800) 621-3724.

What you need
11 itemsHow it works
Start at the policyholder address even if your policy says another name
my.bankerslife.com is the sign-in for all four carriers. A Colonial Penn or Washington National policy number belongs there, which looks wrong and is right.
Expect the hand-off to a second host
The sign-in action posts to ecsso.mycno.com, which belongs to CNO Financial Group. Single sign-on works by moving you between hostnames, so the change of address is part of the design.
Check which carrier issued your policy
Four companies sit behind one login, in Chicago, Philadelphia, Carmel and Jericho. The carrier named on the policy document decides who answers a question about coverage.
Ring inside published hours
The number is (800) 621-3724, and the stated hours are "Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST". A weekend caller reaches nobody.
If something goes wrong
My policy says Colonial Penn but the login says Bankers Life
- Cause
- A single sign-in covers four carriers
- Fix
- Colonial Penn Life Insurance Company sits inside the same group. The shared address is correct even though the branding does not match your document.
Signing in sent me to a hostname I did not expect
- Cause
- Single sign-on hands off to CNO
- Fix
- The action posts to ecsso.mycno.com/blc/saml/login, which CNO Financial Group owns. That hand-off is part of how the login works.
I was looking for a bank and found an insurer
- Cause
- The name is misleading
- Fix
- Bankers Life is an insurance company. There is no deposit account, no loan account and no branch behind this login.
Nobody answers the phone at the weekend
- Cause
- The line is weekday only
- Fix
- Published hours are "Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST" on (800) 621-3724. Calls outside that window will not connect to an agent.
I am an agent and this login does not fit my work
- Cause
- The producer system is separate
- Fix
- The agent portal is a different system, and no first-party description of it could be read here. This page deliberately says nothing more about it.
What’s fixed, and what actually varies
One login, one phone number, and four different companies underwriting what sits behind them.
Fixed
- CNO Financial Group operates the portal
- my.bankerslife.com is the sign-in for every carrier in the group
- The sign-in posts to ecsso.mycno.com
- (800) 621-3724 is the published number
Varies
- Which of the four carriers underwrote your policy
- Whether your policy is a New York one, since Bankers Conseco Life Insurance Company covers that state
- What a search result means by Bankers Life, because the name reads like a bank and is not
Read the carrier name on the policy schedule. That is the company you are dealing with, whatever the login says.
How compares
Four insurance-side accounts where the brand on the paperwork is not the company on the sign-in.
| Chain | What the brand says | Who actually holds it | Where the login is |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bankers Life | Bankers Life | Four carriers under CNO Financial Group | my.bankerslife.com, posting to ecsso.mycno.com |
| Hanover Insurance | Hanover | The Hanover, with a legacy alias domain | myhanoverpolicy.com is the old name |
| Mercury Insurance | Mercury | Mercury Insurance | The loudest published number is sales |
| AARP | AARP | A membership body, not the insurer | Membership and policy sit in different places |
Carrier list, host behaviour and hours read from the company's own pages on 8 September 2026.
Single sign-on hides corporate boundaries. The policy document is where those boundaries are written down.
The name says bank, the paperwork says four insurers, the login says CNO
Three things about this account are counterintuitive, and the old post got all three wrong.
Start with the name. Bankers Life is an insurance company, and the account behind my.bankerslife.com is a policyholder account. Deposits, loans and branch networks are all absent. People searching for it after seeing the word bankers on a statement are looking for something that does not exist here, and telling them so early saves a wasted call.
Second, the sign-in is shared. The site names the four carriers underneath it plainly: "Bankers Life and Casualty Company (Chicago, IL), Colonial Penn Life Insurance Company (Philadelphia, PA), Washington National Insurance Company (Carmel, IN) and in New York, Bankers Conseco Life Insurance Company (Jericho, NY)." Four companies, four cities, a single set of credentials. A Washington National policyholder who lands on a page headed Bankers Life usually assumes they have gone wrong, backs out, and starts again somewhere worse.
Third, the login does not run where you would think. my.bankerslife.com was live on 8 September 2026, and its sign-in action posts to ecsso.mycno.com/blc/saml/login, a host belonging to CNO Financial Group. Single sign-on works by passing a visitor between hostnames, which is ordinary engineering and alarming to anybody who has been told to check the address bar before typing a password. Knowing it in advance is the point of writing it down.
The contact details are short. Support is (800) 621-3724, published on the portal with hours given as "Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST". No weekend service is stated.
There is a boundary this page will not cross. The agent and producer portal is a different system, and no first-party description of it was readable here, so it is left alone rather than guessed at.
Questions people ask
Where is the Bankers Life login?
my.bankerslife.com. It is the policyholder sign-in for every carrier in the group.
Is Bankers Life a bank?
No. It is an insurance company, and the account behind the login is a policyholder account rather than a deposit or loan account.
Why does the sign-in take me to mycno.com?
Because CNO Financial Group operates the portal. The sign-in action posts to ecsso.mycno.com/blc/saml/login as part of single sign-on.
Can Colonial Penn policyholders use this login?
Yes. Colonial Penn Life Insurance Company is one of the four carriers behind the same sign-in.
Which companies are covered by the one account?
Bankers Life and Casualty Company, Colonial Penn Life Insurance Company, Washington National Insurance Company, and in New York, Bankers Conseco Life Insurance Company.
What is the Bankers Life customer service number?
(800) 621-3724, with hours published as "Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST".
Is there a separate login for agents?
The producer portal is a different system. Nothing first-party about it could be read here, so this page does not describe it.
