- HelpMeLogin is not Amway, Hyperwallet or any issuing bank. This site holds no credentials, reads no balance and cannot release a payout.
- Ringing Amway about the card reaches the business, not the money. Balances, disputes and card replacement all sit with the portal operator and the bank on the card.
- Check the bank name before you dispute anything. Two United States programmes run in parallel, one at The Bancorp Bank, N.A. and one at Pathward, N.A.
- Nobody legitimate emails asking you to re-enter card details to release a payout. Activation emails are a favourite thing to imitate on payout portals.
The Amway prepaid card login is amway.hyperwallet.com, not an Amway page. Hyperwallet, a member of the PayPal group of companies, runs the payment portal, and the card is issued by The Bancorp Bank, N.A. or by Pathward, N.A. depending on the programme. The only Amway row in the CFPB prepaid database still names Sunrise Banks, and its last update was in 2021, which makes it stale rather than wrong.

What you need
11 itemsHow it works
Read the bank line on the card, then stop guessing
Two United States programmes run side by side. One card names The Bancorp Bank, N.A. and the other names Pathward, N.A. That line decides which bank a disputed transaction goes to.
Sign in at the portal rather than at the business
amway.hyperwallet.com is the payment portal. Its landing page offers a forgotten password route, account activation and a resend of the activation email, which covers most of the reasons people arrive.
Call the queue that matches your country
1-855-698-0085 covers the United States in English and Spanish. Canada uses 1-833-274-9111, and 001-604-227-1678 is the worldwide line. All three come from the portal's own contact page.
Read the register row as history, not as a status report
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau holds exactly one Amway agreement. It is Active, and it describes an arrangement whose programme manager stopped using that name years ago. Both halves of that sentence matter.
If something goes wrong
I rang Amway about my card and got nowhere
- Cause
- Card support is not business support
- Fix
- Balances, disputes and replacements sit with the portal operator and the issuing bank. Use 1-855-698-0085 in the United States, or the country line that matches you.
A guide says Sunrise Banks issues this card
- Cause
- That comes from the register row rather than from the card
- Fix
- The portal's own disclosure names two banks: The Bancorp Bank, N.A. and Pathward, N.A. Neither of them is Sunrise Banks.
The register lists a programme manager I have never heard of
- Cause
- The row has not been refreshed
- Fix
- It still reads Wirecard North America, a name that stopped being used after the business was renamed North Lane Technologies and later folded into Onbe. Peer rows in the same listing say so.
My activation email never arrived
- Cause
- The portal handles this itself
- Fix
- amway.hyperwallet.com offers activate account and resend activation email on its landing page, next to the forgotten password link.
I am outside the United States and the toll-free number fails
- Cause
- Each country has its own queue
- Fix
- Canada is 1-833-274-9111 in English and French. The worldwide line is 001-604-227-1678, and both are published on the portal's contact page.
What’s fixed, and what actually varies
The portal is one address for everybody. The bank behind the plastic is not.
Fixed
- Hyperwallet operates the Amway Payment Portal
- amway.hyperwallet.com is the sign-in address
- The card is reloadable rather than a gift card
- 1-855-698-0085 is the published United States line
Varies
- Whether your card names The Bancorp Bank, N.A. or Pathward, N.A.
- Which country's support queue applies to you
- How closely the filed CFPB row matches the card you are holding
Turn the card over. The issuing bank is printed there, and it is the only line that changes the answer.
How compares
Four reloadable cards, four different companies standing between the brand and the balance.
| Chain | What the card says | Who actually holds it | Where the login is |
|---|---|---|---|
| Amway Prepaid Card | Amway Visa Prepaid Card | The Bancorp Bank, N.A. or Pathward, N.A., via Hyperwallet | amway.hyperwallet.com |
| ACE Elite | ACE Elite, Visa or Mastercard | Pathward, with two programme managers | aceelitecard.com/account/login |
| PayPal Prepaid | PayPal, across two products | The Bancorp Bank on the closed Mastercard | The debit route, not the prepaid one |
| Way2Go Card | Way2Go, plus a state name | Comerica Bank, platform run by Conduent | goprogram.com |
Issuer wording and phone numbers read from the Amway Payment Portal on 8 September 2026, with the CFPB row read the same day.
A filed agreement proves that a filing exists. It does not prove which bank printed the card in your wallet.
One register row, three corporate lifetimes behind it
Search the prepaid agreements database at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and one Amway row comes back. It reads: product Amway, issuer Sunrise Banks, prepaid product type Other, programme manager Wirecard North America, status Active, most recent agreement effective 2021-10-04, with a prior agreement from 2019-04-01. Nothing about it is hidden and nothing about it is current.
The programme has changed hands three times. It launched in 2012 with Citi Prepaid Services. That business was absorbed into Wirecard North America, which after its parent's collapse was bought and renamed North Lane Technologies, later merging into Onbe, a sequence set out in a Business Wire announcement of 22 October 2020. Today the Amway Payment Portal runs on Hyperwallet, described there as "a member of the PayPal group of companies".
Read the row against its neighbours and the staleness becomes obvious. In the same 185-row Sunrise Banks listing, comparable programmes have had their programme manager updated to North Lane Technologies, or to North Lane Technologies as an Onbe company. The Amway entry alone still carries the old name, and its effective date trails its peers by years. Active, then, but not a description of anybody's wallet.
What is in the wallet is stated by the portal itself, twice. One disclosure reads that the card "is issued by The Bancorp Bank, N.A., Member FDIC pursuant to license from Visa U.S.A. Inc." A second, for a parallel United States programme, names Pathward, N.A. instead. Canada runs through PACE Savings & Credit Union, and other regions through Valitor.
The practical consequence is small and sharp. Two banks mean two dispute counterparties, and the card is the only document that says which one is yours. It is also worth being clear about the product class: this is a reloadable payout card that takes repeated earnings loads, supports ATM withdrawal and works with mobile wallets. Gift cards do none of that, and the rules that cover them are not the rules that cover this.
Questions people ask
Who issues the Amway prepaid card?
Two banks do: The Bancorp Bank, N.A. and Pathward, N.A. Both disclosures are printed on the payment portal, one for each United States programme.
Where is the Amway prepaid card login?
amway.hyperwallet.com. The portal is operated by Hyperwallet rather than by the business whose name is on the card.
Why does the CFPB database name Sunrise Banks?
Because a Sunrise Banks filing was never withdrawn. It is evidence that the filing exists, and it is not evidence about which bank issued your card.
Is this a gift card?
No. It is a reloadable payout card in the General Purpose Reloadable family, loaded repeatedly with earnings.
What is the Amway prepaid card customer service number?
1-855-698-0085 in the United States, 1-833-274-9111 in Canada, and 001-604-227-1678 worldwide.
Who is Wirecard North America?
The former programme manager named on the filed row. That business was renamed North Lane Technologies and later merged into Onbe.
Does Amway handle disputes on the card?
Transaction disputes run to the issuing bank, with the portal operator in between. Calling the business reaches the business.
